Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have logged your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method. We immediately contact our suppliers to ensure that your items are in stock and available for prompt shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and inform you via email. If your items are available and ready to ship within five business days, we will process the payment and proceed with shipping your order.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@theloungehaven.com
Shipping and Lost Item Policy
At The Lounge Haven, we strive to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. However, once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or mishandling that may occur during transit. We encourage you to regularly check your tracking information and notify us promptly if any delivery issues arise. Our team will assist in contacting the shipping carrier to help resolve the situation. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to supporting you throughout the process.
Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after your order has been processed. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for certain products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.
- Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!
